基于实验室数据库对绍兴地区人群血清糖类抗原72-4回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的通过实验室数据库对绍兴地区人群血清糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)的结果回顾性分析,探讨血清CA72-4在人群的分布情况及其影响因素。方法化学发光免疫分析法测定2018年1月-12月的35 616例门诊和体检人群的血清CA72-4水平,分析各男、女和年龄组异常情况及分布特征。建立一种以数学统计为基础的间接法生物参考区间获取模式,间接法将建立的参考区间和厂家参考区间进行比较。结果绍兴地区人群C72-4性别和年龄不提示分组(SDR≤0.3),间接法建立的参考区间为0 IU/ml^6.46 IU/ml。结论现有厂家的CA72-4参考区间适合绍兴地区人群。使用间接法建立的参考区间是一种比较简便的方法,适用于实验室参考区间的定期评审和一些无法使用直接法建立参考区间的项目。Objective To explore the distribution of serum CA72-4 in the residents of Shaoxing City and its influencing factors using retrospective analysis of the results of the serum carbohydrate antigen 72-4( CA72-4) on the basis of the laboratory database. Methods Serum CA72-4 levels of 35 616 outpatients and physical examinees from January 2018 to December 2018 were measured by using chemiluminescent immunoassay( CLIA),and then the abnormal situation and distribution characteristics of the male,female and age groups analyzed,thereby establishing an indirect biological reference interval acquisition model based on mathematical statistics. The comparison was made between the reference interval established by the indirect method and that established by the factory. Results There was no need to group in the gender and age of the population of Shaoxing area for CA72-14( SDR≤0. 3). The reference range of indirect method was 0 IU/ml-6. 46 IU/ml. Conclusion The existing CA72-4 reference range from manufacturers was basically suitable for the residents in Shaoxing area. The reference interval established by indirect method is a simple and feasible way,which is available to the regular review of laboratory reference interval and some projects unable to use direct method to establish reference interval.
