淄博市2014年-2018年痰培养阳性肺结核患者药敏结果分析

摘  要:目的了解淄博市二线抗结核药品耐药现状。方法使用绝对浓度法对对氨基水杨酸(PAS)、丙硫乙烟胺(Pto)、卷曲霉素(CPM)、左氧氟沙星(LVFX)、卡那霉素(KM)、丁胺卡那霉素(AMK)进行药敏检测,用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果285例培养阳性结核病患者中,89例患者耐药,总体耐药率为31.23%,6种药物的耐药率由高到低依次为LVFX 14.39%(41/285)、CPM 8.77%(25/285)、KM 5.96%(17/285)、AMK 5.61%(16/285)、Pto 4.91%(14/285)、PAS 3.16%(9/285);不同性别、年龄以及初治、复治患者间的耐药率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耐药状况以单耐药为主,占70.79%(63/89),耐2种药物患者占23.60%(21/89),耐3种药物患者占4.49%(4/89)。结论淄博市二线抗结核药品耐药状况总体上不严重。Objective To analyze the drug resistance of two-line anti-tuberculosis drugs in Zibo City.Methods The drug sensitivity of aminosalicylic acid(PAS),levofloxacin(Pto),tramadol(CPM),levofloxacin(LVFX),kanamycin(KM)and amikacin(AMK)were tested by absolute concentration method,and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 18.0 software.Results Among the 285 patients with positive tuberculosis,89 patients were resistant to drug resistance,and the total drug resistance rate was 31.23%.The drug resistance rate of 6 drugs from high to low were respectively LVFX 14.39%(41/285),CPM 8.77%(25/285),KM5.96%(17/285),AMK 5.61%(16/285),P to 4.91%(14/285),PAS 3.16%(9/285).There was no statistical significance on the difference in drug resistance among the patients with different sex,age,and primary and secondary treatm ent(P>0.05).The drug resistance was mainly single drug resistance,accounting for 70.79%(63/89),23.60%(21/89)and 4.49%(4/89)for two kinds of drugs and three kinds of drugs respectively.Conclusion The drug resistance of two-line anti-tuberculosis drugs in Zibo City is not serious.
