三黄消痘汤内服联合中药外敷治疗肺胃湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究三黄消痘汤内服联合中药外敷治疗肺胃湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月在我院接受治疗的200例痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各100例。对照组患者给予盐酸米诺环素胶囊口服,研究组患者给予三黄消痘汤内服联合中药外敷治疗,比较2组疗效与不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为14.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三黄消痘汤内服联合中药外敷治疗肺胃湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效显著,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广运用。Objective To study the effect and prognosis of Sanhuang xiaopox decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on mild to moderate acne vulgaris of lung stomach damp heat type.Methods 200 acne patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into study group and control group,100 cases each.The patients in the control group were given minocycline hydrochloride capsule orally,while the patients in the study group were given Sanhuang xiaopox Decoction orally combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.After treatment,the curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(94.00%)were significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions were 10.00%in the study group and 14.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang xiaopox decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mild and moderate acne of lung stomach damp heat type has a significant effect,and the incidence of complications is well controlled,which is worthy of clinical application.
