摘　　要：目的:为完善我国执业药师制度、发挥执业药师药学服务作用提供参考借鉴。方法:采取资料、文献梳理方法,探讨执业药师制度实施意义,针对新形势新要求提出完善制度建设的思考建议。结果和结论:可实施执业药师差异化配备政策、制定药学服务规范、提升执业药师能力、加大执业药师宣传力度,多措并举加强制度和队伍建设,发挥执业药师作用,保障公众用药安全。Objective:To provide a reference for improving the system of licensed pharmacists in China and giving full play to the role of licensed pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.Methods:Data and literature were collected to discuss the implementation significance of the licensed pharmacist system,and put forward suggestions for improving the system construction according to the new situation and new requirements.Results and Conclusion:It is suggested to implement differentiated deployment policies for licensed pharmacists,set up pharmaceutical care standards,improve the ability of licensed pharmacists,increase the publicity of licensed pharmacists,take multiple measures to strengthen the system and team building,play the role of licensed pharmacists,and ensure the safety of public medication.
