多巴酚丁胺与酚妥拉明联合小剂量多巴胺对小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:探究多巴酚丁胺与酚妥拉明联合小剂量多巴胺对小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性观察。方法:对本院2017年5月~2019年5月收治的200例重症肺炎患儿展开对照研究,将其分为观察组(多巴酚丁胺与酚妥拉明联合小剂量多巴胺治疗)与对照组(多巴酚丁胺联合小剂量多巴胺治疗)各100例,分组方法为随机数字表法,探讨实施不同治疗方案对治疗效果的影响。结果:与对照组总有效率(91.00%)相比,观察组(98.00%)总有效率显著提高;对比对照组症状有效缓解时间,观察组显著缩短(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率(5.00%)相比,观察组(6.00%)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎患儿采取多巴酚丁胺与酚妥拉明联合小剂量多巴胺治疗后,疗效确切,症状改善时间短,不良反应发生率没有增加,此方法值得应用与推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Dobutamine,Phentolamine plus low-dosage Dopamine in children with severe pneumonia.Methods:200 children with severe pneumonia admitted from 2017.5 to 2019.5 were investigated.According to random number table method,patients were assigned to observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).The observation group was treated with Dobutamine,Phentolamine plus low-dosage Dopamine,while the control group with Dobutamine and low-dosage Dopamine.Curative effect was elucidated.Results:Total effective rate in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(91.00%)(P<0.05);symptom relief time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);incidence of adverse event in the observation group(6.00%)and control group(5.00%)was not significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dobutamine,Phentolamine combined with low-dosage Dopamine has obvious effects and reduces the symptom relief time,without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of application and promotion.
