摘  要:目的研发一种自动化临床创新型安瓿瓶流动储存盒。方法该装置主要由盒体、进料斗、载物台、输送筒体、储料仓、出料口、驱动机构等构成。盒体采用半透明塑料材质。驱动机构包括拨盘和槽轮,不锈钢材料制成。使用时通过转动盒体外部的把手,带动转轴旋转,使输送筒体与凸轮通过皮带传动连接。结果该装置可实现安瓿瓶“左进右出、先进先出”,避免手部多次接触安瓿瓶,使其瓶体数字缺失不清导致用药安全隐患,且有利于安瓿瓶药品的管理、摆放和储存。结论该装置操作简便、安全、高效,能解决用药安全隐患,提高护理效率,值得推广应用。Objective To develop a clinically-innovative automated storagebox for ampoules.Methods The device is mainly composed of a box body,a hopper,a loading platform,a conveying cylinder,a storage bin,a discharge port and a driving mechanism.The box body is made of translucent plastic material.The driving mechanism includes a dial and a grooved wheel,which are made of stainless steel.By rotating the handle outside the box body during the use,the rotating shaft is driven to rotate,so that the conveying cylinder and the cam are connected by a belt drive.Results The device could achieve the"right-in,left-out"and"first-in,first-out"designed process for ampoules.It may prevent hands from touching the ampoules repeatedly and making the number missing and unclear on the ampoules,which lead to hidden dangers in medication safety.It favors the management,placement and storage of the ampoules.Conclusion The device is simple,safe and efficient to operate.It eliminates the hidden dangers of medication safety,improves nursing efficiency,and therefore is worthwhile of widespread use.
