水煤浆气化炉托砖板超温工况的应对及原因分析

摘　　要：水煤浆气化炉正常运行期间出现托砖板温度异常升高的现象,给装置正常生产带来一系列连锁问题。总结分析处置过程中的操作,优化调整运行工况。根据系统显现的异常现象,及时控制各项参数指标,维持装置的安全稳定运行,确保供氢不中断。During normal operation of coal water slurry gasifier,the temperature on brick holder rose up abnormally,which brought a lot of interlock problems to the plant. We summarized the measures taken to deal with the abnormal,and optimized the operation cases,and then controlled the parameters timely according to the abnormal occurred and showed on monitoring system,so as to maintain the safe and stable operation of the plant,and to guaranteed the continuous hydrogen supply.
