摘　　要：针对粉煤气化装置飞灰过滤器运行过程中发生的压差增大、陶瓷滤芯断裂等问题,进行原因分析,并采取相应技术改造措施,实现装置安全、稳定、长周期运行。Aiming at the increase of pressure differential and crack of ceramic filter during fly ash filter operation in pulverized coal gasification plant, we analyzed the reasons and took corresponding reformation measures to achieve the plant operation to be safe, stable and operate in long cycle life.
