摘　　要：氨合成催化剂投入使用至今已连续运行近24 a,结合74-1催化剂的实际使用情况,评估其性能,总结装置的关键性改造,探索氨合成催化剂使用寿命长的原因。It is rare worldwide that one single furnace catalyst of an ammonia converter has been in a consecutive operation for almost 24 years. This paper introduced briefly the types of catalysts for ammonia converters, evaluated the performance of 74-1 catalyst, summarized some crucial technical transformations in the plant and found out the reason why a long time service of the catalyst can be achieved.
