摘  要:以高CO2为原料的天然气甲醇装置预转化催化剂快速失活,经过查证为天然气中CO2与精脱硫剂中ZnO反应生成ZnCO3,破坏了铜、锌基精脱硫剂的结构,从而导致预转化催化剂硫中毒。通过将铜、锌基精脱硫剂改型为镍基不含ZnO精脱硫剂后,解决了预转化催化剂快速失活的问题。The pre-reformer catalyst of natural gas methanol plant with high CO2 as raw material is rapidly deactivated.It is verified that the reaction of CO2 in natural gas with ZnO in fine desulfurizer results in the formation of ZnCO3,which destroys the structure of copper and zinc based fine desulfurizer,thus leading to sulfur poisoning of pre-reformer catalyst.The rapid deactivation of the pre-reformer catalyst was solved by changing the copper and zinc based fine desulfurizer into the nickel based fine desulfurizer without ZnO.
