摘 要:《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》新增血清学抗体检测作为疑似病例的诊断方法。抗体检测具有采样方便、快速高效、高敏感性和高特异性的特点,与RT-PCR核酸检测互为补充,两者联合使用可显著提高不同病程COVID-19患者诊断的敏感性。综述了新型冠状病毒肺炎抗体检测的相关研究进展,探讨了2019-nCoV特异性抗体的应用价值,以期为后续抗体检测技术的临床应用及进一步研究提供参考。The diagnosis and treatment scheme for novel coronavirus pneumonia(7th Edition)adds serological antibody detection as a diagnostic method for suspected cases.Antibody detection has the characteristics of convenient sampling,high efficiency,high sensitivity and specificity,and is complementary to RT-PCR nucleic acid detection.The combination of antibody detection and RT-PCR nucleic acid detection can significantly improve the diagnosis sensitivity of COVID-19 patients with different courses of disease.This paper reviews the novel coronavirus pneumonia antibody detection research progress,and discusses the application value of 2019-nCoV specific antibody,in order to provide reference for the follow-up application and further research of antibody detection technology.
