摘　　要：目的:探讨土家族及汉族患者心血管系统药物药品不良反应(ADRs)的差别。方法:选取2012年1月至2019年5月湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州上报的ADRs报告,筛选出2034例由心血管系统药物引起的ADRs报告,对比发生ADRs的汉族和土家族患者的一般情况、心血管系统药物种类、ADRs严重程度、给药途径及转归。结果:土家族及汉族患者心血管系统药物ADRs报告在严重程度、引起ADRs的药物种类方面存在差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:土家族和汉族患者在使用心血管系统药物后发生的ADRs存在差异,临床应予以关注。Objective:To investigate the differences in adverse drug reactions(ADRs)caused by cardiovascular drugs between the Tujia and Han nationality patients.Methods:The ADRs reports submitted by the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 2012 to May 2019 were collected,and 2034 cases of cardiovascular drug-induced ADRs were screened and enrolled for study.The general information,categories of cardiovascular drugs,severity of ADRs,administration routes and outcomes of ADRs were compared between the Tujia and Han nationalities.Results:There were differences in the severity of ADRs and the categories of cardiovascular drugs causing ADRs,when comparisons were made between the Tujia and Han nationalities(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:There were differences in ADRs caused by cardiovascular drugs between the Tujia and Han nationalities,to which special attention should be paid clinically.
