摘  要:在瀑布沟水电站6号机组导叶更换过程中,通过对水轮机导叶立面间隙传统的捆绑法进行科学分析,利用双连杆偏心销传动机构的特点,对导叶立面间隙调整、调速器接力器压紧行程调整优化采用了新方法、新工艺,实施结果表明:机组运行安全平稳,无异常声响、导叶漏水量过大等现象,为瀑布沟水电站的安全、稳定运行提供了坚实保障。During the replacement of the guide vanes in the No.6 unit in Pubugou Hydropower Station,the traditional tying method for the adjustment of the vertical clearance of guide vanes is optimized.Considering the characteristics of the double-link eccentric pin transmission mechanism,the vertical clearance adjustment procedure and the compression stroke of the governor servomotor are optimized.Practice shows that the unit operates well after the adjustment and no abnormal sound and excessive leakage are found,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the station.
