摘 要:枸杞是宁夏传统中药材之一,在枸杞整个生长过程中,枸杞木虱是严重危害枸杞的害虫之一,筛选具有较高杀枸杞木虱活性的植物精油,为防治枸杞木虱开发生物源药剂提供理论基础。以枸杞木虱为研究对象,采用点滴法、三角瓶密闭熏蒸法和Y-型管法分别测定了26种精油对枸杞木虱的触杀活性、熏蒸活性和趋避活性。柠檬烯对枸杞木虱具有较好的触杀活性、熏蒸活性和驱避活性,其LC500.6804μg/头;柠檬烯在1μg/L浓度处理下,24 h后对枸杞木虱的熏蒸死亡率达到63.83%;柠檬烯在0.1 g/mL浓度处理下,对枸杞木虱驱避反应率达到71.67%。柠檬烯对枸杞木虱有显著的触杀作用、熏蒸作用和驱避作用,有望开发为植物源杀虫剂;其作用方式复杂,杀虫作用机制值得进一步研究。Chinese wolfberry is well known as a traditional herbal medicine and functional food.In the process of growth,the wolfberry would be affected by Poratrioza sinica Yang&Li.The objective of this study is to screen out effective insecticidal activity plant essential oil against Poratrioza sinica Yang&Li for the development of new technology for the sustainable control in orchard.The contact activity,fumigation activity and repellent activity of 26 kinds of essential oil were evaluated by drip method,sealed bottle fumigation method and Y-tube method against Poratrioza sinica Yang&Li.The results showed that limonene had better contact,fumigation and repellent activities to Poratrioza sinica Yang&Li,with LC500.6804μg/head;the fumigation mortality 63.83%after 24 hours under the concentration of 1μg/L;the repellent response rate 71.67%under the concentration of 0.1 g/mL.Limonene has significant contact,fumigation and repellent effects on Poratrioza sinica Yang&Li,and its action mode is complex.The mechanism of insecticidal action will be excepted to be worthy of further study,which will be excepted to be developed as a botanical insecticide.
