摘  要:地方大学一流学科建设与大学校长治理理念密切相关,大学校长的治校理论是引领地方大学变革的行动指南与文化财富。铜仁学院侯长林校长在实践中,形成了关于地方大学治校理念的大学观、教育观、课程观、学科观、文化观和管理观等观点,确立了“教学服务型大学”的定位,提出了“灵性教育”“七性”课程、统摄性职能等概念,创设了“三全”服务的图书馆制度,提出了创建“梵净山学派和梵净山学科”的学科梦。这些治校理念推动了地方大学区域性一流学科建设,增强了地方大学服务社会的能力。The first-class discipline construction in local universities is closely related to the management ideology of their presidents,whose governance theory serves as the guide leading local universities’reform and cultural wealth.Hou Changlin,principal of Tongren College,has formed such concepts of local university governance as the view of university,view of education,view of curriculum subjects,view of disciplines,and view of culture,established the positioning of a teaching&service-oriented college,put forward conceptions like spiritual education,a course with seven characteristics and governing function,created three full services of the library system,and came up with a discipline dream of setting up the School and Discipline of Fanjing Mountain.These ideas have promoted the regional first-class discipline construction of local universities,hence the enhanced ability to serve society.
