摘　　要：目的探讨腹部定时定向多频振动按摩在脊髓损伤后神经源性肠功能障碍(NBD)中的应用效果。方法选择在我院治疗的脊髓损伤后NBD患者55例,随机分成对照组29例和实验组26例,两组均实施常规神经源性肠道康复护理,在此基础上对照组实施人工手法腹部按摩,实验组进行腹部定时定向多频振动按摩。对两组患者的大便形态进行布里斯托大便分型比较。结果干预后实验组较对照组的大便形态理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后的排便有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部定时定向多频振动按摩使脊髓损伤后NBD患者排便有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of abdominal fixed timing and directional multifrequency vibration massage in neurogenic bowel dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury.Methods Fifty-five patients with neurogenic bowel dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(29 cases)and the experimental group(26 cases).Both groups were given conventional neurogenic intestinal rehabilitation nursing.On this basis,the control group was given manual abdominal massage,and the experimental group was given abdominal fixed timing and directional multifrequency vibration massage.The stools morphology of the two groups were compared by Bristol stool scale.Results The stools morphology of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defecation efficiency after intervention of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal fixed timing and directional multifrequency vibration massage can effectively improve defecation in patients with neurogenic bowel dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury,which is worthy of clinical application.
