早期个性化放尿方法对剖宫产术后排尿功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期个性化放尿对剖宫产术后排尿功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年3月瑞金市人民医院收治的剖宫产患者60例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,各30例,对照组施以常规导尿护理,观察组加用早期个性化放尿。对2组患者的排尿满意度、再次导尿率情况、拔尿管后3 d内排尿情况进行观察。结果观察组的排尿满意度明显较高,再次导尿率明显较低,拔尿管后3 d内排尿情况明显较优,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论早期个性化放尿对剖宫产术后排尿功能具有积极影响,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of early individualized urination on urination function after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 cesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine catheterization care,and the observation group was given With the early personalized urine release method,the patient's urination satisfaction,re-catheterization rate,and urination status within 3 days after catheter removal were observed.Results The observation group's satisfaction with urination was significantly higher,the rate of re-catheterization was lower tomorrow,and the urination within 3 days after the catheter was removed was significantly better,which was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early individualized urination method has positive effect on urination function after cesarean section.
