基于微信的延续性康复指导对ACL重建术患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性康复指导在关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后患者家庭康复中的应用效果。方法将接受关节镜下的ACL重建术患者64例分为观察组32例,对照组32例。对照组患者采用常规家庭康复训练,观察组患者在此基础上借助微信平台建立微信群延续院内康复指导。于干预1个月、3个月时比较2组患者膝关节功能康复效果。结果在干预1、3个月时,观察组的家庭康复锻炼依从性评分、Lyshlom膝关节评分、IKDC评分、关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的延续性康复指导可以提高ACL重建术患者锻炼依从性,促进膝关节功能康复。Objective to investigate the effect of continuous rehabilitation guidance based on WeChat platform in family rehabilitation of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Methods Sixty-four patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were divided into observation group(32 patients)and control group(32 patients).Patients in the control group received routine family rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group,on this basis,established WeChat group with the help of WeChat platform to continue the rehabilitation guidance in the hospital and promote the rehabilitation of patients.The rehabilitation effect of knee joint function was compared between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after intervention.Results At 1 and 3 months of intervention,the family rehabilitation exercise compliance score,Lyshlom knee score,IKDC score and joint range of motion in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation guidance based on WeChat can improve the exercise compliance of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and promote the rehabilitation of knee joint function.
