摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下半月板成形术与切除术对膝关节半月板损伤患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2017年11月~2020年11月我院接诊的92例膝关节半月板损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例,对照组采用关节镜下半月板切除术治疗,观察组采用关节镜下半月板成形术,比较两组临床治疗效果、手术指标、Lysholm膝关节评分、疼痛(VAS)评分、并发症发生率以及治疗满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.82%,高于对照组的84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术后功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组Lysholm膝关节评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组VAS评分低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.34%,低于对照组的13.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的86.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板成形术治疗膝关节半月板损伤效果更优,可提高治疗总有效率,缩短手术时间、术后功能恢复时间以及住院时间提高膝关节功能评分,降低疼痛评分和并发症发生率,提升治疗满意度,具有显著的应用有效性和安全性。Objective To observe the effects of arthroscopic meniscus plasty and resection on knee function of patients with knee meniscus injury.Methods 92 patients with knee meniscus injury received in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group was arthroscopic In the treatment of lower meniscus,the observation group was treated with arthroscopic meniscusplasty.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,surgical index,Lysholm knee score,pain(VAS)score,complication rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of treatment in the observation group was 97.82%,which was higher than 84.78% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time,postoperative functional recovery time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Lysholm knee scores of the two groups after surgery were higher than those before the operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VAS scores of the two groups after surgery were lower than that before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 4.34%,which was lower than 13.04% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 86.95% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscusplasty is more effective in the treatment of knee joint meniscus injury.It can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the operation time,postoperative functional recovery time and hospital stay,im
