摘  要:目的研究空气净化机对重症监护病房空气中可吸入颗粒物动态净化效果。方法2020年5~8月选取湖口县人民医院两间大小、环境、结构相同的重症监护病房(ICU)为观察病房,分别为观察组和对照组,观察组病房安装空气净化机对空气进行动态消毒;对照组未安装空气净化机,采用紫外线照射灯消毒,并分别选取同期接诊的45例患者为调查对象,比较两组病房消毒合格率、消毒后不同采样时间空气细菌总数、可吸入颗粒物水平、患者医院感染发生率。结果观察组病房消毒合格率为95.23%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);观察组消毒后不同采样时间(30、45、60、120 min)空气细菌总数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消毒后平均空气可吸入颗粒物(PM0.3~0.5、PM0.5~1.0、PM0.3~0.5、PM10~2.5、PM5.0~10.0、PM≥10.0)数量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医院感染率为11.11%,低于对照组的4.44%(P<0.05)。结论空气净化机消毒效果确切,持续消毒效果良好,可提高重症监护病房消毒合格率,减少空气可吸入颗粒物浓度,降低和预防院内感染的发生,可将其作为预防医院感染新型的消毒方法。Objective To study the dynamic purification effect of air purifiers on inhalable particulate matter in the air of intensive care unit.Methods From May to August 2020,two intensive care units(ICUs)with the same size,environment and structure in Hukou County People's Hospital were selected as observation wards,which were the observation group and the control group.The observation group's wards were installed with air purifiers to control the air.Dynamic disinfection;the control group did not install an air purifier and used ultraviolet light for disinfection,and selected 45 patients treated in the same period as the survey subjects.The qualified rate of disinfection in the two groups of wards,the total number of bacteria in the air at different sampling times after disinfection,the level of inhalable particulate matter,and the incidence of hospital infections in patients were compared.Results The qualified rate of disinfection in the observation group was 95.23%,which was higher than 85.71% in the control group(P<0.05);the total number of air bacteria in the observation group at different sampling times(30,45,60,120 min)after disinfection were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the average air inhalable particulate matter in the observation group after disinfection(PM0.3-0.5,PM0.5-1.0,PM0.3-0.5,PM10-2.5,PM5.0-10.0,PM≥10.0)were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nosocomial infection rate of the observation group was 11.11%,which was lower than 4.44% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection effect of the air purifier is accurate and the continuous disinfection effect is good.It can increase the qualified rate of disinfection in the intensive care unit,reduce the concentration of air inhalable particles,and reduce and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.It can be used as a new disinfection method to prevent nosocomial infections.
