中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的系统评价和meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法电子检索CNKI、VIP、万方、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、Medline数据库,系统收集截止2020年3月发表的,有关中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的研究成果。根据预先制定的纳入排除标准筛选文献,提取相关数据,采用Cochrane协同偏倚风险工具对每一篇纳入文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果最终纳入7项RCT研究,共854名患者,7项研究均无不良反应的报道。Meta分析结果显示:中医烙法与对照组相比差异均具有统计意义,P<0.01。结论中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎疗效确切,安全性高,但需要纳入更多大样本,高质量的RCT研究来支持这一结论。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cauterization in the treatment of chronic tonsilli-tis.Methods Electronic searching CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,MEDLINE database,collecting the relevant research results of the treatment of cauterization for chronic tonsillitis which published before March 2020.Screening literature according to the prede-termined inclusion and exclusion criteria.Extracting relevant data.Use-ing Cochrane collaborative bias risk tool to evaluate the quality of each included literature,and Useing Revman 5.3 software for meta analys-is.Results seven articles、854 patients were included in this study.No adverse reactions were reported in the seven articles.The results of meta analysis showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Cauteri-zation is effective and safe for chronic tonsillitis,but more large samples and high-quality RCT research are needed to support this conclusion.
