摘　　要：通过查阅中国知网等数据库近5年来玉屏风散相关文献,对其药理作用机制与在治疗呼吸道变应性疾病临床应用进行总结分析,为更好的发掘玉屏风散的临床价值。玉屏风散具有免疫调节、抗炎、调节细胞因子等作用,文章主要介绍中医益气固表代表方剂玉屏风散在在变应性鼻炎、哮喘、变应性咳嗽等呼吸道变应性疾病中的临床应用,旨在深入探究玉屏风散在呼吸道变应性炎症中的应用优势和前景。By consulting the relevant literature of Yupingfeng Powder in the past five years,the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application in the treatment of respiratory allergic diseases were summarized and analyzed,in order to better explore the clinical value of Yupingfeng Powder.Yupingfeng Powder has immunomodulatory,anti-inflammatory,regulatory cytokines and anti-tumor pharmacological effects.This paper mainly introduces the clinical application of Yupingfeng Powder in allergic diseases of respiratory tract such as allergic rhinitis,asthma and allergic cough.The purpose of this paper is to explore the advantages and prospects of Yupingfeng Powder in allergic inflammation of respiratory tract.
