人的全面发展视域下大学生志愿服务精神培育探析

摘　　要：大学生志愿服务精神是指大学生基于自身的社会责任感,以非营利性为目的,自愿参与学校、社团或其他社会组织的服务活动,集中表现为大学生利他性的思想品德和品质意志。人的全面发展思想与大学生志愿服务精神相辅相成,互为依托。要从知识性教育、实践性锻炼、制度化规范三个维度推动大学生志愿服务精神培育常态化建设,使"我为人人、人人为我"的观念深入大学生内心。The spirit of voluntary service of college students refers to the fact that college students voluntarily participate in the service activities of schools,clubs or other social organizations based on their own sense of social responsibility and for the non-profit purpose,which exactly embodies the spirit of altruism of college students.Since the thought of all-round development of people and the spirit of voluntary service of college students complement each other and rely on each other,it is necessary to promote the normalization of the cultivation of the spirit of voluntary service of college students from the three dimensions of knowledge-based teaching,practical exercise,and institutionalization,so that the concept of"I am for everyone and everyone is for me"penetrates into the hearts of college students.
