摘　　要：产业创新生态系统数字转型面临高度复杂性和不确定性引发的治理困境,新兴的试探性治理理论为推进转型提供了新的思路。本文构建了产业创新生态系统数字转型的试探性治理模型,可以为数字转型提供新的理论视角和分析框架,也有助于拓展试探性治理理论的应用范围和分析对象。具体而言,产业创新生态系统数字转型的试探性治理,需要形成多元主体参与的多中心治理结构,采用政策、契约和关系相结合的治理机制,通过资源配置、搜索指南、市场形成和合法性构成的治理利基组合,在迭代渐进的治理过程进行治理主体、机制和利基的整合。对浙江新昌轴承产业的案例分析不仅进一步阐释了本文构建的理论模型,同时为传统产业整合相关利益主体与多种资源、依托本土数字技术供应商推动数字转型提供了经验借鉴。Digital transformation of industrial innovation ecosystem is faced with the governance predicament caused by high complexity and uncertainty.The emerging tentative governance theory provides a new perspective to promote digital transformation.It constructed a tentative governance model for the digital transformation of the industrial innovation ecosystem,including the following three core elements:multi-center governance structure composed of diversified agents;a governance mechanism that integrates policies,contracts,and relationships;governance niche combination composed of resource allocation,market formation,search guide and legitimacy.Meanwhile,these elements should be integrated into a system through a progressive governance process.A case study on the bearing industry in Xinchang city,Zhejiang Province,further illustrated the constructed theoretical model.The research results have positive theoretical and practical implications for the digital transformation of innovation development and its governance.
