摘 要:为了确定大直径提升机楼面均布活荷载取值,根据板内分布弯矩等效的原则对提升机大厅层楼面活荷载进行等效均布换算,通过采用ANSYS有限元软件建立有限元模型,考虑提升机设备在常见单向板和双向板上的最不利布置情况,对不同尺寸的单向板和双向板的最大弯矩和等效均布活荷载进行计算,运用矩估计法和线性回归法对直径为4.5、5.0 m的提升机楼面均布活荷载标准值进行推断并对比2种方法。结果表明:提升机大厅层楼面等效活荷载值随着板跨的增大而减小;结合国家标准,建议采用在置信度为0.60、保证率为0.90时线性回归法推断出的30 kN/m 2作为直径为4.5、5.0 m的提升机大厅层楼面均布活荷载标准值,并对相关系数的取值提出建议。To determine the value of uniformly distributed live load on the floor of large-diameter elevators,the live load on the elevator lobby floor was equivalent uniformly-distributed conversed based on the principle on the equivalent distribution of moment in the plate.The maximum bending moment and equivalent uniformly distributed live load of unidirectional and bidirectional plates of different sizes were calculated with finite element model established by using ANSYS finite element software,considering the most unfavorable arrangement of hoisting equipment on common unidirectional and bidirectional plates.The linear regression method and moments estimation method were used and compared to extrapolate standard values of live load uniformly distributed on the floors of elevators with diameters of 4.5 m and 5.0 m.The results show that the equivalent live load value of the floor of the elevator hall decreases with the increasing of the span.Combining with the national standards,it is recommend to use 30 kN/m 2 inferred by the linear regression method with the confidence level of 0.60 and guarantee rate of 0.90 as the standard live load uniform values for lobby floors of elevators with diameters of 4.5 m and 5.0 m,and suggestions on the correlation coefficient values are provided.
