摘 要:文中提出了一种基于BIM-5D技术的特高压换流站工程管控能力提升方法,在BIM-5D系统整体框架上,利用多次自适应最小二乘曲线拟合和分段预警方法,建立了施工进度和成本管控预警模型。采用挣得值法对预警模型进行了参数校正和预警阈值范围设置,获取最终的特高压换流站工程管控系统。结合具体案例对特高压换流站工程的施工进度和成本进行分析,并得到了相应的应用场景。案例分析结果表明,基于BIM-5D技术的特高压换流站工程管控系统,能够有效地对施工进度和成本进行管控。An engineering controlling capability improvement method of UHV converter station based on BIM-5D technology is proposed in this paper.On the basis of overall framework of BIM-5D system,the early warning model of construction schedule and cost management control is established through using multiple adaptive least square curve fitting and segmented warning methods.The earned value method is adopted to correct the parameters of the early warning model and set the warning threshold range,and the final UHV converter station engineering controlling system is obtained.The construction schedule and cost management of UHV converter station project are analyzed combing with specific cases,and the corresponding application scenarios are obtained.The case analysis results show that the engineering controlling system of UHV converter station based on BIM-5D technology can effectively control the construction schedule and cost management.
