康惠尔水胶体敷料联合护理干预对小儿股骨干骨折双腿悬吊牵引治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔水胶体敷料联合护理干预对小儿股骨干骨折双腿悬吊牵引治疗效果的影响。方法选择2015年7月—2018年6月江苏省如皋市人民医院收治的股骨干骨折患儿72例为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予双腿悬吊牵引治疗,干预组联合应用康惠尔水胶体敷料及护理干预。比较两组患儿临床疗效、愈合时间、治疗相关指标、并发症等。结果干预组股骨干骨折患儿疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);干预组疼痛等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔水胶体敷料联合护理干预有助于促进股骨干骨折双腿悬吊牵引治疗患儿快速康复,减少疼痛等并发症的发生,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of comfeel hydrocolloid dressing combined nursing intervention on the treatment of pediatric femoral shaft fractures with suspension traction.Methods From July 2015 to June 2018,72 children with femoral shaft fractures who admitted Rugao People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province were enrolled.The prospective study was used,according to the random number table method,the children were divided into intervention group and control group.The control group was given the treatment of suspension traction of the legs,and the intervention group was combined with comfeel hydrocolloid dressing and nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,healing time,treatment-related indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surative effect of children with femoral shaft fracture in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The incidence of pain and other complications in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing combined with nursing intervention can promote the rapid recovery of children with femoral shaft fracture and suspending traction,reduce the occurrence of pain and other complications,and improve clinical efficacy.
