活血化瘀法在心血管领域研究的文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对近年来活血化瘀法在心血管领域研究的相关文献进行分析,研究该领域发展过程、研究热点及前沿。方法计算机检索中国知网中关于活血化瘀法在心血管领域研究的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果近年来该领域主要研究人员有史大卓、陈可冀、王阶等,核心力量为中国中医科学院西苑医院、天津中医药大学第一附属医院和北京中医药大学。研究热点主要集中于相关疾病及其中医证型、相关方药、作用机制、临床疗效及检查指标等方面,近年来血府逐瘀汤、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗等研究成为热点方向。结论本研究揭示近十余年来该领域发展规律,为后期有关研究提供参考。Objective To analyze the relevant literatures of activating blood and resolving stasis in the field of cardiovascular research in recent years,and study the development process,research hot spots and frontiers of this field.Methods A computer search was conducted on CNKI about the related literatures on the study of activating blood and resolving stasis in the cardiovascular field.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the visualization of the authors,institutions and keywords.Results In recent years,the main researchers in this field included Shi Dazhuo,Chen Keji,Wang Jie,etc.The core forces were Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Research hot spots were mainly on related diseases and their TCM syndromes,related prescriptions,mechanism,clinical efficacy and inspection indicators,and so on.In recent years,studies on Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and percutaneous coronary intervention have become hot spots.Conclusion This study reveals the development law of this field in the past ten years and provides reference for later related research.
