摘　　要：随着恶性肿瘤发病率的不断增长,肿瘤患者照顾者的身心压力过大,其健康状况在一定程度上影响到患者的治疗及预后。目前,研究者们对于肿瘤患者照顾者社会支持方面关注较少。本文综述了社会支持的相关概念、社会支持理论依据、社会支持的研究工具(社会支持评定量表、领悟社会支持量表、社会支持问卷)、一般人口学特征对肿瘤患者照顾者社会支持的影响及目前国内外研究现状,提出了我国肿瘤患者照顾者照护压力大,身心健康水平低、社会支持领悟度不足等问题,指出随着现代社会不断发展及对社会支持领域研究的不断深入,我国肿瘤患者照顾者将获得更多更广的社会支持服务。With the increasing incidence of malignant tumors,caregivers of cancer patients are under great physical and mental pressure,and their health status affects the treatment and prognosis of patients to some extent.At present,researchers have paid little attention to the social support of caregivers of cancer patients.This paper summarizes the relevant concepts of social support,theoretical basis of social support,social support research tools(social support rating scale,understanding social support scale,social support questionnaire),general demographic characteristics caregivers,the influence of social support for patients with tumor and the research status at home and abroad,and put forward the tumor patient caregivers care pressure in our country,the low level of physical and mental health,social support problems such as insufficient understanding degree,points out that along with the continuous development of modern society and the deepening of the research of social support,caregivers of cancer patient in our country will get more broader social support services.
