中国生态型企业经营绩效实证研究——基于15家上市公司面板数据

摘　　要：基于2014—2018年15家样本生态型上市企业的经营面板数据,运用DEA方法的BCC模型和Malmquist指数法对其效率进行静态比较和动态变化分析。结果表明:(1)2014—2018年,生态型上市企业综合效率整体虽维持在较高水平,且呈波动上升趋势,但仍未达到最优水平,综合效率均达到有效的企业仅1家。从行业角度看,各企业经营绩效相差较大,主营业务为生态园林的企业综合效率始终高于主营业务为营林造林的生态型企业。分解效率方面,企业规模效率整体平均值高于纯技术效率,且均呈波动上升趋势。(2)Malmquist指数整体虽呈上升趋势,但幅度较小,大部分企业变动处于下降趋势;行业Malmquist指数变动除2015—2016年下降外,其余年份均呈上升趋势。最后,从政府产业宏观角度与企业微观角度提出对策建议。Based on the business panel data of 15 sample eco-listed companies from 2014 to 2018,the BCC model of the DEA method and the Malmquist index method were used for static comparison and dynamic change analysis of their efficiency.The results show that:(1)Although the overall efficiency of eco-listed companies maintained at a high level and fluctuated upwards from 2014 to 2018,it still did not reach the optimal level.And there were only one company with comprehensive efficiency that was effective.From an industry perspective,the operating performance of enterprises varies greatly.The overall efficiency of enterprises whose main business is ecological gardening is always higher than that of ecological enterprises whose main business is afforestation.In terms of decomposition efficiency,the overall average of the scale efficiency of the enterprise is higher than that of pure technology,and they all show a rising trend.(2)Although the Malmquist index as a whole is on the rise,it is relatively small,and most companies are in a downward trend.Except for the decline of the Malmquist index in 2015-2016,the rest of the years are on the rise.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the macro perspective of government industry and micro perspective of enterprises.
