基于“以人为本”的高校学生社区自治模式下公共服务设施指标体系研究——以华中师范大学为例

摘　　要：该文对"以人为本"理论、"高校学生社区自治"理论、公共服务设施相关理论进行综述,研究了高校学生自治社区公共服务设施的分布特征、高校学生("社区居民")追求公共服务空间接触机会的行为机制,在"以人为本"学生自治社区的视角下构建规划方法,对公共服务空间接触机会的需求和供给进行匹配;为学校发展决策规划、校园基础设施建设打下坚实的理论基础。In this paper we summarize the theory of"people-oriented",the theory of college students’community autonomy,and the related theory of public service facilities,and study the distribution characteristics of the public service facilities in college students’autonomous community,the behavior mechanism of college students("community residents")in pursuing the contact opportunity for public service space.Then we construct the planning method from the perspective of"people-oriented"students’autonomous community,so as to match the demand and supply of public service space access opportunities and to lay a solid theoretical foundation for school development decisionmaking planning and campus infrastructure construction.
