摘 要:为了研究新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)肺炎的流行病学特征,对温州市461例确诊病例的人口学特征、暴露史、临床症状、发病规律等进行分析,为后续疫情的防控措施提供理论依据.结果表明:温州市病例的年龄呈正态分布,性别比例接近1∶1,临床症状主要为发热、咳嗽、乏力等;疫情地区分布呈聚集性,乐清市、瑞安市、鹿城区、永嘉县较为严重;全市病例在2020年1月22—26日达到发病高峰,随后缓慢下降,确诊效率也不断提高;其中输入病例占38.8%,基本来自湖北省特别是武汉市,本地病例占61.2%,大多与输入病例有接触史;输入病例于1月21日达到发病高峰,在2月3日后基本结束,本地病例在1月26日达到发病高峰,2月14日基本结束.温州市的疫情流行规律表明,新型冠状病毒肺炎潜伏期一般不超过14 d,估计温州市每例输入病例平均感染1.6人左右,由于前期的隔离措施对控制疫情非常有效,本地患者基本上没有造成新型冠状病毒的进一步扩散.It was aimed to study the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 pandemic,the demographic characteristics,exposure history,clinical symptoms and incident regularity of 461 cases from Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control measures followed.As the results,the ages of the cases showed normal distribution,the ratio between male and female was close to 1∶1,and the clinical symptoms of the cases were mainly fever,cough and fatigue.The cases geographically concentrated in the counties of Yueqing,Ruian,Yongjia and the District of Lucheng in Wenzhou.During January 22 to 26 in 2020,the epidemic of the whole city reached the peak,and then declined slowly along with increasing efficiency of diagnosis.Among these cases,38.8%were imported,which were mainly from Hubei Province,especially from Wuhan;while 61.2%were local,most of which had contacted with the imported cases.The epidemic of imported cases peaked on January 21 and ended after February 3.The epidemic of local cases peaked on January 26 and ended at February 14.According to the epidemiological characteristics of Wenzhou City,it was indicated that:1)the incubation period of COVID-19 was generally about 14 days;2)each imported case probably infected 1.6 local cases on average;and 3)the previous quarantine was effective in controlling the epidemic and the infection of COVID-19 was not further spread by the local cases.
