摘 要:通过药用野生稻和栽培稻93-11远缘杂交、胚拯救培养、F1植株幼穗离体培养、回交及目标性状选择等方法,发掘药用野生稻功能叶耐衰老特性和将此性状向栽培稻转移.结果表明:药用野生稻在金华仍具有较好的功能叶耐衰老特性;药用野生稻光合特性并不优于栽培稻93-11;野栽杂交后代F2植株可结实;BC2F2群体中一份株系的功能叶耐衰老.研究实现了药用野生稻功能叶耐衰老优异基因的发掘和转移,为分离克隆功能叶耐衰老基因提供遗传资源.To explore the characteristic of the senescence-tolerance of functional leaves in wild rice(Oryza officinalis)and to transfer the elite trait to O.sativa L.ssp.indica cultivar,interspecific hybrid between O.officinalis and the cultivar 93-11,embryo rescue technique,regeneration of young panicles from F1 hybrid,recurrent backcrossing and selection were performed.As anticipated,the O.officinalis still shows the excellent characteristic of the senescence-tolerance of functional leaves in Jinhua,the O.officinalis displays no better photosynthetic characteristics than 93-11 does.The F2 is self-fertile and one rice line from BC2F2 population shows the senescence-tolerant trait of functional leaves.In this study,the senescence-tolerant gene(s)of functional leaves in O.officinalis was transferred to cultivar,which provides genetic resource for identifying the senescence-tolerant gene(s)of functional leaves in O.officinalis.
