学术评价机制下师范大学学报发展现状及战略措施——以《浙江师范大学学报(自然科学版)》为例

摘　　要：由于我国师范类高校综合性科技期刊的内向性和综合性,以及办刊体制的局限性,使其长期以来形成了稿源受限、办刊宗旨不明确、竞争力低下的局面.根据师范类高校学报建设面临的现实困境,运用统计学分析、指标评价方法,并结合《浙江师范大学学报(自然科学版)》的办刊实际,分析了师范大学学报目前存在的不足和差距,探讨师范类高校学报应对高校一流学科建设的新机遇,规划好能力建设的对策与路径.从评价体系、特色栏目、学术共同体建设、期刊时效性、数字出版等方面进行了分析,并提出战略措施,提升师范类高校综合性科技期刊的影响力.研究为提高师范大学学报学术影响力提供理论依据.Due to the introversive and comprehensive character,and the limitations of journal running system,the comprehensive sci-tech journals of normal universities was brought into a situation of limited manuscripts,uncertain principle of publishing and less competetive.Based on practice and statistical data of Journal of Zhejiang Normal University(Natural Science Edition)and current difficulties,it was suggested that while facing to the new opportunities of the first class discipline′s construction,it was necessary to plan the strategies and measures of building up normal sci-tech journal′capacity.The publication strategies to improve the journal impact were analyzed from evaluation system,characteristic column,construction of academic community,timelines of journal,digital publishing.The study provided a theoretical reference for improving the academic influence of normal university journals.
