摘  要:直投式改性工艺具有简化改性沥青的生产工艺、减少全过程沥青老化和SBS热降解的作用,应用于沥青路面能够明显提高改性剂贡献率,减少生产流程中的能源消耗,降低沥青混合料生产成本和施工难度。为评价直投式SBS改性沥青SMA混合料的技术性能,采用实际工程中的各种原材料和直投式SBS改性剂,制备改性沥青混合料SMA-13,实验室内测试其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能,并与传统成品SBS改性沥青拌制的SMA混合料试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:直投式SBS改性沥青SMA混合料具有较好的施工和易性,在高温稳定性和水稳定性方面具有明显的优势,在低温抗裂性方面和抗疲劳性能方面与成品SBS改性沥青混合料水平相当且满足技术要求,可以在道路工程中设计和应用。The direct mixing modified technology has the function of simplifying the process of modified asphalt,reducing the aging of asphalt and the thermal degradation of SBS modifier,so this technology can obviously improve contribution rate of modifier,reduce the energy consumption of the asphalt mixture production process and lower the cost of engineering.In order to evaluate the technical performance,direct mixing stone-matrix asphalt-13(SMA)is prepared by materials from practical pavement engineering and direct mixing SBS modifier,and then its high temperature stability,low temperature anti-cracking performance,moisture stability,fatigue resistance are tested,and compared with common SBS modified SMA.Results show that direct mixing SMA exhibits better workability than SBS modified SMA,and has obviously advantage in high-temperature stability and moisture stability,is equal to the common SBS modified SMA in low temperature anti-cracking and fatigue resistance,and can meet the technical standards,so the direct mixing SMA could be desig ned and applied to road engineering.
