摘　　要：在分析我国高校科技成果产出与转移转化现状的基础上,从政策环境和运行机制两个视角,探讨制约我国高校科技成果转移转化的关键因素,提出提升我国高校科技成果转化水平的思路与路径。Based on the analysis of the status quo of the output and transfer of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities,this paper discusses the key factors restricting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities from the perspectives of policy environment and operating mechanism,and proposes ideas for improving the level of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities.With path.
