辅助生殖技术对不育症男性生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨辅助生殖技术对不育症男性生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年12月—2018年12月在本院行辅助生殖技术的不育症男性200例为病例组,同期正常体检男性200例为对照组。应用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价两组生活质量,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组焦虑和抑郁状态。结果:治疗后病例组躯体维度综合(58.8±8.6)、心理维度综合(63.4±8.6)、生理功能(61.7±11.4分)、情感职能(71.7±13.4分)、社会功能(66.4±11.5分)、活力(65.7±8.8分)、精神健康(67.7±8.8分)、SDS(34.8±3.4分)和SAS(37.8±3.2分)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:辅助生殖技术治疗可导致不育症男性生活质量下降,建议治疗同时辅以心理治疗。Objective:To investigate the effect of assisted reproductive technology on quality of life of infertile men.Methods:200 men who received assisted reproductive technology were selected in observation group from December 2017 to December 2018,and 200 normal male were selected in control group during the same period.The SF-36(health survey scale)was used to evaluate the quality of life of these men.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to assess the anxiety and depression status of these men.Results:After treatment,the somatic dimension synthesis(58.8±8.6),psychological dimension synthesis(63.4±8.6),physiological function(61.7±11.4 points),emotional function(71.7±13.4 points),social function(66.4±11.5 points),vitality(65.7±8.8 points),mental health(67.7±8.8 points),SDS(34.8±3.4 points),and SAS(37.8±3.2 points)of men in the observation group were significant lower than those of men in the control group(P<0.05).The somatic pain and overall health of men had no significant different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Assisted reproductive technology can decrease the quality of life of infertile men,so it should be accompanied by psychological treatment when giving men the assisted reproductive technology treatment.
