基于中医理论对新型冠状病毒感染的认识及儿童证治特点

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)感染所导致的疫情已在全球范围内持续,其临床表现复杂多变,目前尚未发现针对性较强的有效药物。我国应对本次疫情的措施,充分彰显了祖国医学的特色和优势。中医各家对该病的病因病机、治疗预防等认识多种多样各有所长。其中儿童患者和成人患者在临床表现、疾病演变过程中都存在较多差异,本文依据中医理论从病因、病机、病位、病性、论治等多个方面对新型冠状病毒感染进行剖析,并对儿童的特殊临床表现进行比较分析。The outbreak of COVID-19 infection has been worldwide and its clinical manifestations are complex and changeable.There is no effective medicine right now.China's measures to deal with the epidemic has demonstrated the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.There are various perspectives about the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prevention of the disease in TCM.There are many differences in clinical manifestations and disease evolution between children and adults.This article analyzes the novel coronavirus infection from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,disease location,disease nature and treatment based on the theory of TCM,and makes a comparative analysis of the special clinical manifestations of children.
