摘　　要：儿童传染性单核细胞增多症主要由EB病毒感染引起,发病隐匿,患儿常处于病毒携带状态,临床表现多样,易与多种病原体混合感染。目前西医主要从抗病毒、对症治疗入手,新兴的抗EB病毒药物仍在不断的研制中;中医多根据临床辨证,按照传统中医理论、借助现代药理研究,在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的治疗上也取得了显著疗效。本文主要阐述近年来中西医治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的研究进展。Infectious mononucleosis(IM)in children is mainly caused by EB virus.The disease is occult.The children are often in the state of carrying virus.The clinical manifestations of IM are various,likely to be a combined infection with a variety of pathogens.At present,western medicine treatment mainly starts with antiviral and symptomatic treatment,and new anti-EBV drugs are still developing;traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,by syndrome differentiation,base on traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological research,have also achieved great success in the treatment of children's IM.This paper mainly describes the research progress in the Chinese and Western medicine treatment for infectious mononucleosis in children in recent years.
