摘　　要：大学图书馆的特藏建设与服务对于“双一流”大学建设具有重要意义。采用文献调研和案例分析法,通过对大学图书馆特藏的概念、内涵、研究现状等进行梳理,提出“双一流”建设背景下大学图书馆特藏资源建设与服务的完善策略。大学图书馆应从特藏资源建设、服务模式创新、服务宣传加强及服务能力提升4个方面完善特藏建设与服务。The special collection construction and service of university library is of great significance to the construction of"double first-class"university.By using the methods of literature research and case analysis,this paper analyzes the concept,connotation and research status of university library's special collection,and puts forward the optimization strategy of university library's special collection construction and service under the background of"double first-class"construction.The university library should perfect the special collection construction and service strategy from four aspects:special collection resources construction,service mode innovation,service propaganda and service ability enhancement.
