摘 要:研究了不同温度(77~773 K)的服役条件对VCoNi中熵合金力学性能的影响,采用大变形轧制和短时间退火调控VCoNi合金晶粒尺寸,通过准静态拉伸实验研究了材料力学性能的变化规律并通过微观组织观察对内在机制进行阐述说明。在77 K时,材料内部的大量孪晶和缠绕的位错,使得合金具有优异的综合性能。随着实验温度由293 K升高至573 K,材料延伸率和力学性能保持稳定。当实验温度达到373 K,应力-应变曲线上出现锯齿流变。In this paper,the effect of service conditions at different temperatures(77K^773K)on the mechanical properties of entropy alloy in VCoNi was studied.Grain size of VCoNi alloy was adjusted by large deformation rolling and short time annealing.The change rule of material mechanical properties was studied by quasi-static tensile test and the internal mechanism was explained by microscopic observation.At 77 K,a large number of twins and twisted dislocations in the material made the alloy have excellent comprehensive properties.With the increase of experimental temperature from 293 K to 573 K,the elongation and mechanical properties of the materials remained stable.When the experimental temperature reached 373 K,the serrated flow appeared on the stress-strain curve.
