摘 要:以目前常见的群组决策机制为背景,提出一套完整的群组决策方案:首先,综合主观赋权法中的层次分析法与客观赋权法中的均方差法,确定评价指标的权重系数;然后,运用最大特征值法计算专家权重系数,计算同组内各评审对象的最终评分;最后,结合均值和标准差,综合组间评分,将不同组最终原始评分标准化,以实现可比性;并以具体数据作为案例,利用Python语言编写算法进行计算机仿真.结果表明:本文提出的群组决策方案可行、更优.Based on the common group decision-making mechanism at present,a complete group decision-making scheme was proposed.Firstly,the weight coefficient of evaluation index was determined by integrating the AHP method in subjective weighting method and the mean square deviation method in objective weighting method.Then,the maximum eigenvalue method was used to calculate the expert weight coefficient and calculate the final score of each review object in the same group.After that,combined with mean value and standard deviation,the final original scores of different groups were standardized to achieve comparability.Finally,taking concrete data as an example,the computer simulation results with Python language programming algorithm show that the group decision-making scheme proposed in this paper is feasible and better.
