摘  要:介绍了超声光栅形成原理及如何利用该原理测量液体中的超声速度.采用光强判别法测量了非0级条纹光强极大时的超声频率,并利用Matlab拟合计算出水中超声速度为1460 m/s,较传统的分光计测角法更精确.The principle of ultrasonic grating and how to measure the ultrasonic velocity in liquid with this principle were introduced.Using the light intensity measuring method,the ultrasonic frequency was measured when the light intensity of non-zero fringe was maximum.The ultrasonic velocity in water was calculated to be 1460 m/s by LabVIEW,and was more accurate than the traditional angle-measurement method with spectrometer.
