摘 要:为探究含坚硬夹矸层厚顶煤综放面的冒放性,文章以孟家窑煤业11508综放面为工程背景,研究了含夹矸顶煤冒放的应力与变性发育特征,设计了深孔预裂爆破坚硬夹矸层的技术方案。结果表明,夹矸层主要阻碍了顶煤竖向裂隙的发育和隔断了塑性区的整体延展,造成顶煤破碎系数减小,在采取爆破工艺巷进行深孔预裂爆破后,11508综放面顶煤大块度范围减小了24%,资源放出率增加了11.1%,单循环多回收煤量达300t,取得了可观的经济效益。研究结果为相似条件下增加综放工作面顶煤冒放性提供了借鉴。In order to explore the caving characteristics of the thick top coal caving face with hard gangue seam,this paper takes the 11508 top coal caving face of Mengjiayao coal industry as the engineering background.And studies the stress and variability development characteristics of the caving face with gangue seam,also designs the technical scheme of deep hole presplitting blasting for the hard gangue seam.The results show that the gangue layer mainly hinders the development of the vertical fracture of the top coal and blocks the overall extension of the plastic zone,resulting in the reduction of the crushing coefficient of the top coal.After the deep hole pre splitting blasting in the blasting technology roadway,the block size range of the top coal in 11508 fully mechanized top coal caving face is reduced by 24%,the resource release rate is increased by 11.1%,and the single cycle multi recovery coal amount is up to 300t,which has achieved considerable economic benefits.The research results provide a reference for increasing the caving ability of top coal in fully mechanized top coal caving face under similar conditions.
