摘 要:针对掘进面水力冲孔局部消突时钻孔有效半径和影响范围的不确定,以流体力学为理论基础,以现场实际地质条件和基础参数为依据,运用ANSYS fluent软件分别对其单孔和多孔条件下水力冲孔有效半径进行模拟研究,通过观察钻孔周围瓦斯浓度、孔洞口压力和速度对冲孔有效半径进行分析。研究结果表明:单孔条件下,水力冲孔有效影响半径为2~4m,单孔出煤量为1t/m比较合适;多孔条件下,水力冲孔有效影ff响半径为4~6m。在出煤量为1t/m情况下,孔间距为11.4m时,有效影响半径比单孔有效影响半径提高了78.1%;为了避免出现瓦斯空白带,布孔间距为8.06m。其结果为后期冲孔时钻孔布置提供了一定的参考。In view of the driving face hydraulic flushing local outburst elimination drilling effective radius and influence range of uncertainty,based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the actual geological conditions and parameters as the basis,using ANSYS fluent software respectively under the condition of the single hole and multinole hydraulic flushing simulation studies effective radius,flushing hole effective radius are analyzed through the observation hole around the gas concentration,inlet pressure and speed.The results show that under the condition of single hole,the effective influence radius of hydraulic flushing is 2~4m when the coal output from single hole is 1t/m.But under the multinole condition,the effective radius of hydraulic punching is 4~6m.When the coal output is 1t/m and the hole spacing is 11.4m,the effective radius of influence increases by 78.1%compared with that of single hole.In order to avoid the occurrence of gas blank belt,the hole spacing is 8.06m.The results provide a reference for the layout of drilling holes in the later stage of punching.
