摘 要:随着铁道线路运营年限的增加,出现无碴无枕线路砼压溃,原轨下垫板出现松动、断裂,螺旋道钉不持力,钢轨不能固定,致使线路方向、高低不能保持,影响行车安全,存在严重安全隐患。根据铁路钢轨截面尺寸及线路轨距、应用实际,设计、研制一种无碴无枕铁道线路固轨装置,主要包含钢制承轨槽垫板、加长螺旋道钉及铁路标准配件等三部分。该装置的应用消除了无碴无枕桥线路存在病害及隐患,加强了无碴无枕铁道线路固轨装置的强度、承载力、稳定性、可靠性,提高了线路运用质量,保障了铁路运输生产安全。With the increase of the service life of railway lines,the collapse of cha and pillowless lines,,the looseness and breakage of the underlying plate of the original track,the unsteadyness of the spiral studs,and the inability of the rail to be fixed,resulting in the line direction and height cannot be maintained Affect driving safety,there are serious hidden dangers.Design and develop a ballastless and sleeperless railroad track fixing device according to the cross-section dimensions of railway rails,track gauges,and practical applications,which mainly include three parts:steel bearing trough plate,lengthened spiral spikes and railway standard accessories.The application of the device eliminates the problems and hidden dangers of the ballastless sleeperless bridge line,strengthens the strength,bearing capacity,stability,and reliability of the ballastless sleeperless railway line track fixing device,improves the quality of line use,and ensures railway transportation Production safety.
