摘  要:银耳加工需经清洗烘干工序,目前银耳清洗后的翻转、排布、装匾以及竹匾堆叠均为人工作业,劳动强度大、人工成本高、生产效率低,且银耳叶片易损伤,已成为银耳加工中整体机械化生产的短板。现亟需研发银耳自动翻转排布装匾生产线以取代人工作业,而银耳自动翻转机构是该生产线的关键部件。本文介绍了银耳自动翻转机构的设计和样机试制,并通过合理的试验测试出了满足设计要求的最高翻转朝向一致率以及相应各层输送线的最佳传送速度。Tremella processing requires cleaning and drying processes.At present,the flipping,arrangement,plaque mounting and bamboo plaque stacking after tremella cleaning are manual operations,which are labor intensive,high labor costs,low efficiency,andtremella leaves are easily damaged.It has become the shortcoming of overall mechanized production in the processing of tremella.There is an urgent need to develop a tremella automatic turnover production line to replace manual work,and the tremella automatic turnover mechanism is a key component of the production line.This paper introduces the design and prototype trial production of the tremella automatic turnover mechanism,and through reasonable experiments,the highest turning direction consistency rate and the optimal transmission speed of the corresponding layers of the conveyor line that meets the design requirements.
