摘　　要：“互联网+政务服务”战略背景下,如何实现互联网与政务服务深度结合并推进政府职能转变,成为当前公共管理理论界和实践领域亟待解决的问题。本文以福建省推进“互联网+政务服务”实践探索为例,从提高政府效能和优化营商环境两个角度,总结福建省实践模式,分析存在的问题,并就推进“互联网+政务服务”制度供给侧改革、创新线上线下协同互动机制、增强供给能力、促进数据跨部门共享、完善监督考核等方面提出建议。Under the background of the strategy of"Internet+government service",how to realize the deep combination of Inter⁃net and government service and promote the transformation of government functions has become an urgent problem in the theoretical and practical fields of public management.This paper takes Fujian Province’s promotion of"Internet+government service"practice exploration as an example,from the perspectives of improving government efficiency and optimizing the business environment,sum⁃marizes Fujian Province's practice model and analyzes existing problems.And also puts forward suggestions on boosting the supplyside reform of the"Internet+government service",innovating online and offline collaborative interaction mechanisms,enhancing sup⁃ply capabilities,promoting cross-departmental data sharing,and improving supervision and evaluation.
