摘　　要：终身教育理念和学习型社会的构建对个人素质提出了更高的要求。成人高等教育作为成人继续教育的重要组成部分,在满足成人素质提升要求与顺应社会发展趋势方面具有重要的作用。然而,成人高等教育在具有巨大发展空间的同时也面临许多问题。文章以粤港澳大湾区中内地城市的成人高等教育学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、因素分析等统计分析方法,探究影响成人高等教育学生学习的主观内部因素,并从这些因素视角出发,有针对性地提出促进成人高等教育学生积极学习的建议与对策。Both lifelong education theory and learning society practice lays greater emphasis on higher personal quality.As an important component in adult continuing education,adult higher education plays a pivotal role in improving adults’personal quality and promoting social development.However,adult higher education also faces many problems while it has great development potential.The present study sampled adult higher education students in the mainland city in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,and used some statistical analysis methods such as questionnaire survey,factor analysis and so on to explore the subjective and internal factors that influence their learning.And the study concludes by putting forward some suggestions to further their active learning.
