摘  要:汽车总装工艺的影响因素众多,如:输送线的设计需综合考虑各方面因素,有厂房利用率、物流配送距离的远近、日后会否便于产能的扩展等。文章设计总装工艺时,只考虑厂家给出的装配要求,如品牌、驱动、配置等5种属性,进行排列组合,制定生产成本低且符合规定的装配顺序,使汽车总装线的配置流程能够高效、有序地完成。Automobile final assembly process has many influencing factors.For example,the design of transmission line should consider all factors comprehensively,including plant utilization rate,logistics distribution distance,whether it will facilitate the expansion of production capacity in the future,etc.When designing the assembly process,this paper only considers the assembly requirements given by the manufacturer,such as brand-driven configuration and other five attributes,conducts permutation and combination,and formulates the assembly sequence with low production cost and in line with the requirements,so that the configuration process of the automobile assembly line can be completed efficiently and orderly.
